Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with PulsePrime, operated by RIGALO LLC.

One-time purchases

Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, a product purchase is a one-time charge and does not automatically renew. Product titles or durations alone do not create recurring billing.

Recurring plans

If a product is offered with recurring billing, the renewal frequency, price, and cancellation method must be displayed before payment. Use the cancellation method shown at checkout or contact support for assistance. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund a prior completed charge.
